At Glow mee, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items such as beauty, personal care, innerwear, hygiene products, or clearance items are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@glowmee.store with your order ID, product details, and reason for return. Our team will review and assist you with the next steps.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds for COD orders will be processed only via bank transfer or UPI after return approval.

Customers must share correct bank/UPI details to receive the refund.

Glow mee reserves the right to disable COD for users with repeated return requests or order refusals.
Pickup & Shipping
Return pickup is subject to service availability in your area. If pickup is not available, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or an unboxing video for verification.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Processing time may vary based on bank or UPI provider.
Glow mee reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
