Refund Policy

At Glow mee, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for our customers. Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected, or when an order qualifies for a refund as per our policies.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Approved product returns as per our Return Policy

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (verified by images or unboxing video)

  • Orders canceled before shipment

Items not eligible for return will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only. COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Customers must share accurate bank or UPI details to avoid delays.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after return approval or receipt of the product.

  • Bank or UPI processing time may vary depending on the service provider.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing

Order Refusals (COD)

If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, Glow mee reserves the right to:

  • Deduct forward and return shipping costs

  • Restrict COD availability for future orders
