7-day return window

Eligible products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery. The item should be unused, unwashed, unaltered and returned with original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable.

Items that may not qualify

Products that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, missing tags or otherwise not in resalable condition may not qualify for return. Certain made-to-order, hygiene-sensitive or explicitly non-returnable products may also be excluded.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund method and processing time can depend on the original payment method and payment provider.
